- Comprehensiveness: Focuses on the scope and breadth of a worldview, addressing a wide range of questions and concerns.
In the spiritual world and the difference between transcendental world and supernatural, define
Spiritual world This term emphasizes the realm of the spirit, soul, or consciousness, often seen as separate from the physical world.
- Examples: Many religions and spiritual traditions believe in a spiritual world, including: heaven and hell, reincarnation, and astral plane.
Transcendental world This term highlights a realm that transcends the limitations of the material world and our everyday senses. It’s often associated with a higher level of reality, existence, or understanding.
Supernatural world This term emphasizes the realm of the extraordinary, beyond the natural laws of the physical world. It often refers to events, phenomena, or beings that defy scientific explanation.
Define sacredness
It’s respect for something that is considered holy, special, or set apart from the ordinary. It’s often associated with religious beliefs, but it can also extend to secular values and experiences.
Ex: Sacred texts: Religious scriptures like the Bible, Quran, or Torah are revered as sacred texts containing divine wisdom.
There are two kinds of sacredness and what are those?
INHERENT- it has value on its own spirituality and nature such as gods, principles, and values in short they believe even they can’t see or touch like God.
DERIVED- derivatively sacred are usually physical in nature such as statues relics, scrolls in clothing. It’s the opposite in the inherent
Define ethical codes
Ethical codes play a crucial role in promoting responsible and ethical behavior within various groups and organizations.
Define community
A religious belief system shared and practiced by a community of believers.
Define sacred writings
Sacred writings are texts considered holy or divinely inspired by a particular religion or spiritual tradition. They hold a central place in the beliefs, practices, and traditions of their respective faiths.
Ex: the Bible Central - to Christianity, containing the Old and New Testaments.
Define central stories
Central stories, often referred to as “myths” by some scholars, are a crucial element in the nature of religion [1]. These stories serve as the foundation for a religion’s beliefs, values, and practices. They are not simply fictional tales, but rather narratives that convey profound truths about the universe, humanity, and the relationship between the two.

Differentiate between god centered and non-god centers
A god-centered worldview places God at the center of all things. It believes that God is the ultimate creator, sustainer, and source of all truth, morality, and meaning.
A non-god-centered worldview does not place God at the center. It may acknowledge the existence of a higher power, but it does not see that power as the primary source of meaning or authority.
