A basic nutrient that have metabolic rate in our body, and given at specific amount only
Minerals
A classification of basic nutrient where it is present in our body 50 mg/kg. And can be supplied in dietary 100 mg/kg.
Trace elements of Minerals
A classification of basic nutrient where it generally required at larger amounts.
Macro elements of Minerals
A basic nutrient required at small amount only, and is dietary essential.
Vitamins
A classification of basic nutrient where it is stored in fatty tissues, and difficult to excrete.
Fat soluble vitamins
A classification of basic nutrient where it can be easily be excreted in urine, and needed for regular supplementation except the Vitamin B12.
