Nouns
used to name a specific person, place, or thing. These begin with a capital letter.
Proper nouns

nouns that cannot be counted
Mass nouns
These have no physical existence. They refer to ideas, emotions and concepts you cannot see, touch, hear, smell, or taste.
Abstract nouns
These refer to people or things that exist physically and that at least one of the senses can detect. You can touch, smell, see, or hear them.
Concrete nouns
the one that is talked about in the sentence
Subject of the Sentence
indicates that somebody direct is being addressed by the speaker
Vocative
recieves the action of the verb, answer the question “who or what”
Direct object
Answers the question to whom or for whom
Indirect object
refers back to the subject. comes after a linking verb
Subject noun predicate
comes after the direct object. refers back to the object
Object noun predicate
Comes after a preposition
Object of the preposition
