Observation of the interplay between the planets and our Earth
Representation of Planets
Each planet represents an energetic part of our being, or component of life.
Planet Positions
Positions of the planets indicate the style that the planet’s corresponding component is manifested.
Natal Astrology
Observes the positions of planets at the moment of one’s birth in correlation to the manifestation style of each planet’s component in that person’s life.
Main 4 Components of Basic Astrology
- The Planets, plus Sun and Moon
- The Zodiac Signs in which the planets fall into
- The 12 Houses
- Aspects
Moon’s Astrological Orbit
Travels through entire zodiac in one month.
Average Duration of each Zodiac’s Lunar Cycle
Moon stays within each zodiac for an average of 2 through 2.5 days each.
Aspects
Degrees of separation between planets, or between a planet and a point.
Planets in aspect have a dynamic relationship.
These determine if a planet’s energy manifests easily, with a negative struggle, or with a positive struggle
These are where the action is
Major Aspect
Degree of Separation Equals: 0°, 60°, 90°, 120°, or 180°
Minor Aspects
All other degrees of separation values that arent: 0°, 60°, 90°, 120°, or 180° (Major Aspect Values)
Astrological Chart Sections
12 Even Sections: Represent the 12 Zodiac Signs
Each planet falls into:
- 1 of 12 Zodiac Signs
- 1 of 12 Astrological Houses
Horoscope
