The time and place in which a story takes place.
What is the individuals whose thoughts and actions make up a story. The actions of the characters make up the events of a story.

What is a character or force that works against the protagonist, creating obstacles, a story that can have more than one antagonist?
Antagonist.
What are characters that are fully developed with both positive qualities and flaws, more protagonist characters are round. What are they?
Round characters.
What are characters that undergo change over the course change over the course of a story as a result of their experience?
Dynamic characters.
What are characters that do not undergo any change from the story’s inception to its conclusion?
Static characters.
What are characters that are stereotypical and one-dimensional, they are simple with limited personality traits, what are they?
Flat characters.
What are methods used by an author to develop a character?
characterization can be direct in that the author clearly states what the character looks like, say and do, with indirect characterization, the author reveals a character by showing something about him or her.
What is the arrangement or sequence of events within a story?
Plot.
What is an obstacle, struggle or controversy that the protagonist must overcome?
Conflict.
What is a conflict in which the protagonist has a problem with another character?
Character vs. character.
What is a conflict in which the protagonist must struggle against a harsh environment or natural disaster?
Character vs. nature
What is a conflict in which the protagonist is at its odds with an internal problem, such as fear, shyness, or guilt?
