Rhythm
It is measured motion or flow, characterized regular recurrence of elements and features as beats, sounds, and accents?
Rhythm
It is an individual move in response to a particular rhythm or music. It is also a term which denotes an aspect of a quality of movement which is sometimes thought of dance.

This word means “to stretch.” It is also means of expressing one’s emotions through movement disciplined rhythm.

It refers to movement set to music where organization, structure, and pattern merge.

Folk Dance
These dances reflect the peculiar characteristics of specific tribes especially their culture, racial, religious, and traditional similarities.
Ethnic Dance
This refers to a type of dance which make use of the basic locomotor and axial movements.
Natural Dance
The highest form of dance for the purpose of entertainment. It is the end product of exploration and improvisation of movements as the dance and choreographer expresses feelings, ideas, and interpretation.
Creative Dance
This form of dance appears to the more skillful performers especially the boys, because of the stunt elements present.
Gymnastic Dance
This includes the wholesome and artistic form of dancing used for recreation purposes.
Social or Ballroom Dance

This is a deviation from the traditional ballet by young American dances. This is a contrast to the classical and traditional ballet.
Modern Dance
She introduced whole technique of dance movement based on ideas that such movements begin at the center of the body and follow sequentially out to the limbs.

This includes dance mixers, square and round or couple. Many of these dances have simple dance patterns based on combinations if walking steps.
Recreational Dance
The dance step requires simple technique skills but give a lot of training in developing the sense of rhythm. They combine movement and singing done in rhythm.
Singing Dance
It is a term which denotes an aspect of a quality of movement that is sometimes thought of as dance.
