What is the Caution?
You do not have to say anything but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something you later rely on in court anything you do say may be given in evidence.
Section 1 theft act 1968
A person is guilt of theft if they dishonestly appropriate property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving the other of it
Section 8 theft act 1968
Person is guilty of robbery if he steals and immediately before or at the time of doing so and in order to do so he uses force on any person or puts or seeks to put any person in fear of then and there subjected to force
Section 13 theft act 1968
A person who dishonestly uses without due authority or dishonestly causes to be wasted or diverted any electricity shall on conviction on indictment be libel to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years
Section 25 theft act 1968
A person shall be guilty of an offence if when not at his place of abode he has with him any article for use in the course off or in connection with any burglary or theft
Section 39 of the criminal justice act 1988
Common assault is defined as any act which intentionally or recklessly causes another to apprehend immediate and unlawful violence or intentionally or recklessly applies unlawful force on another

Common assualt by battery is any act by which a person intentionally or recklessly applies unlawful force on another
section 47 offences against the person act 1861
Actual bodily harm includes any hurt or injury calculated to interfere with the health or comfort of the victim

GBH - whoever shall unlawfully and maliciously wound or inflict any grievous bodily harm upon any other person either with or without any weapon or instrument
Section 18 offences against the person 1861
GBH + intent - whoever Shall unlawfully and maliciously by any means whatsoever wound or cause grievous bodily harm to any person with intent to do some grievous bodily harm to any person or with intent to resist or prevent the lawful apprehension or detainer of any person
Misuse of drugs act 1971 sections 5 (2)
It is an offence for a person to have a controlled drug in his possession.
Misuse of drugs act section 23 (1) ?
Constable shall for purposes of execution of this act have power to enter premises of a person as a produce or supplier of controlled drugs
Section 3 criminal law act 1967
“A person may use such force as is reasonable on the circumstances in the prevention of crime or in effecting or assisting in the lawful arrest of offenders or suspected offenders or of persons unlawfully at large”
Section 1 PACE 1984
“ A constable may search any person or vehicle or anything which is in or on a vehicle for the purpose of such a search provided they have reasonable grounds for suspecting that they will find stolen or prohibited articles or any firework”
