represents a congressional district, has to be 25, has to have been a citizen for 7 years, serves for 2 years, 435 members in the house, number of representatives is based on population.

they make laws, represent constituents, live in the state they represent, and they have the same benefits such as: allowances for running offices, salaries, travelling, and postal services.
