To prove that he is the plaintiff in the instant case;

To prove that the Defendant is indebted to the Plaintiff in the amount of 10M;

To prove that the debt of the Defendant to the Plaintiff is already due and demandable;

To prove that despite demand, defendant failed and still reduced to pay his debt;

To identify pertinent documents and to prove other matters related to the Complaint.
