Rules that all people must adhere to so that risks to the health & safety of employees is minimised.
What is Employment Law?
Ensuring that employees are treated fairly, including working conditions and flexible working
What is Discrimination Law?
The Equality Act (2010) protects employees with ‘protected characteristics’ such as age, sex, race and religion
What is the National Minimum Wage Regulations?
Ensuring that businesses pay all employees in accordance with national minimum wage regulations.
What is Consumer Protection?
Businesses devoting significant amounts of time to producing detailed information about their products.
What is Import/Export Law?
Businesses importing and exporting in the UK and into the UK will need to comply with its laws and tariffs.
