A
- Tachycardia
- Fine crepitations
- Pleural effusion - sometimes the fluid can collect in one place - between the parietal and visceral pleura
- S3 heart sound
(Gallop rhythm = S3 + Tachycardia)

what might be seen on CXR?
A
- cardiomegaly
- bats wing shadow especially in the lower zones
- interstitial fluid
