Viewpoints: represents different stakeholder requirements

- Is when stakeholders agree on tasks than the goals
Transforms a goal/soft goal into a task or solution by introducing new means-end links into the SR Model

Define traceability + Two types of traceability
A
Traceability is needed to allocate and validate responsibility
- Pre-requirements: aspects of requirements which arise prior to inclusion of requirements in the specification
- Post-requirements tracing: Links the requirements to aspects which arise after inclusion in the specficaiton
