‘good buy’
is cost effective, provides an extra year of healthy life for less than three times GDP per capita
mental health
the state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work produtively and fruitfully, and is able to make contribution to his or her community
