What is inattention/neglect?
A
- Disorder of attention
- Can be visual/ auditory/ sensory
- More common with right parietal stroke (post. parietal cortex)
- Present in 40% of all strokes
- Management: PT and OT to improve attention to neglected side plus environmental adaptations
