Coliform bacteria
are present in gastrointestinal flora. can be found in feces or make contamination in water.
Bifidiobacterium
Bifidobacterium is a genus of gram-positive, nonmotile, often branched anaerobic bacteria. They are ubiquitous inhabitants of the gastrointestinal tract.

Eubacterium is a genus of Gram-positive bacteria in the family Eubacteriaceae. Can be found in colon.
clostridium
Clostridium is a genus of anaerobic, Gram-positive bacteria. Species of Clostridium inhabit soils and the intestinal tract of animals, including humans
Proteus(bacterium)
are present in colon.
Clostridium difficile
Clostridioides difficile (syn. Clostridium difficile) is a bacterium that is well known for causing serious diarrheal infections, and may also cause colon cancer.
