This is important as the future is uncertain; applying guesswork to predict the future based on what we know now. Decision-makers need to acquire relevant information in the current knowledge base (present) to make crucial strategic decisions for the future.

By providing access to a wealth of information, the Sigma-Delta Scan can help organizations to make better-informed decisions about their future course of action.

What is DAC’s approach?
DAC, otherwise known as Design Against Crime, is an approach to crime prevention that uses design principles and methods to reduce crime. It considers both the physical and social aspects of crime.
State the security function framework.
It is a tool for designing products and environments that are more resistant to crime. The security function framework helps designers to identify and address the specific crime problems they are trying to solve, a structured approach to evaluating the effectiveness of existing security measures.
What is the concept of a secure chair?
