regulated health professions act (RHPA)
is intended to

There are numerous aspects to legal structure of the regulation of health professionals that are governed by the RHPA, which include

Interpretation of statues, regulations and by-laws
Other documentation
Health professions procedure code (HPPC)
Registration
Public register
Patient relations
Complaints, discipline and fitness to practice
Quality assurance
Guidance and policy documents
key point is that health professionals should read and follow the guidelines, policy statements and other standards of practice that there profession publishes/ makes available
A hearing committee process will have the following:
Public hearing
Follow more formal court rules (such as rules regarding evidence)
Make corrective orders

Mentor will be required to provide a report to the college
Member to meet within 1 month for inspection of his record keeping and billing practices
Member shall pay the colleges costs of $5,000 (within 6 months)
