Functional teams:
Permanent teams that include teams of the same department with different responsiblitiesC
ross functional teams
contain memebers form various departments, they work on speci tasks that require different inputs and expertise
Matrix teams
two-boss sustem. An individual report to a different manager for various aspects of his work

teams taht are tied down to a contracts and brought in to complete a part of a project
Self managed teams
Teams from employees of the same organization, work together for a common goal. No manager nor authority.
