~ 40% of young children with chronic eczema have an associated food allergy
~ 90% of children with food allergy have eczema

IgE. Detects antibodies, NOT THE DISEASE.

Can kids ‘grow out of’ allergies? What ones in particular?
A
Yes, usually grow out of milk & egg allergies. Peanut allergies usually prevail.
