A social problem is a social condition that a large enough section of society views a harmful to members of society and in need of remedy.
Who was the sociological imagination developed by and at what time?
C.Wright Mills in 1959 in his book The Sociological Imagination
Sociologists differ in their understanding of the concept, but the range suggests several important commonalities. Together, they conclude that C. Wright Mills defined sociological imagination as
“the awareness of the relationship between personal experience and the wider society”.[1]
