What does BMI stand for?
Body Mass Index
What does BMI measure
It is a measure that takes into account a person’s weight and height to gauge total body fat in adults
What is considered overweight using the BMI metric
A BMI from 25 > 29.9
What is considered obese using the BMI metric
A BMI of 30 and above
