FORENSIC MEDICINE:
Application of Medicine or Medical Science for the administration of justice or for the purpose of law
Application of Sciences for the administration of justice.
FORENSIC SCIENCES:
Study of laws applicable to practice of Medicine. Deals with the legal aspect of medical practice.
MEDICAL JURISPRUDENCE:
Study and application of effect of violence or unnatural disease in its various forms in or on human body, in determining the cause and manner of death in case of violence, suspicious, unexplained, unexpected, sudden and medically unattended deaths.
Forensic pathology
It is a subspecialty of pathology that focuses on determining the cause of death by examining a corpse جثة The autopsy تشريح الجثة is performed by a physician, usually during the investigation of criminal law cases in certain jurisdictions. [SCFHS]
Forensic pathology
It is a subspecialty of forensic medicine concerned with the (medicolegal assessment) of living individuals. It includes age estimation, injury assessment, sexual and physical assault examination, and malpractice.
Clinical Forensic Medicine :
It deals with moral principals المبادئ الأخلاقية which should guide members of medical profession in their dealings with each other, their patients and state.
MEDICAL ETHICS:
it deals with doctor-doctor relationships, doctor-patients relations, doctor-state relationships.
Medical ethics
Laws of courtesy ملاطفة observed between members of medical profession.
MEDICAL ETIQUTTES: الاداب الطبية
This set of specific provisions الأحكام and roles provides guidance for civil مدني and criminal جريمي matters. It is based on the Quran, Sunna, Ijtihad, and other subsidiary sourcesمصادر فرعية .
Shari’ah Law :
It denotes يشير any material that can be used to link a suspect المتهم , weapon, and crime scene.

It includes two main categories: (a) biological evidence, (b) non-biological evidence
