Q

Hemorrhage in systemic and local cause ?

A
  • local causes the blood clots normally
  • systemic causes blood not show clotting tendency.
17
Q

If bleeding persists what will u use ?

A

Additional hemostasic measures LIKE :
- Gelfoam
- Oxidized regenerated cellulose (Surgicel)
- liquid preparation of topical thrombin ( bovine thrombin)
- Collagen ( Microfibular and cross linked)
