Spanish Labelling. Must age for extended periods of time before release, both in oak barrels and in-bottle. Over time, the tannins soften and some of the fresh red fruit flavours become cooked or dried in character. Final wines have complex layers of primary fruit flavours, secondary oak-derived flavours and tertiary notes of dried fruit and mushrooms.
