Describe the term “learning disability”.
Any disorder that impairs learning and results in the person learning with greater difficulty than someone without the disorder. Often permanent.
List three differences between a disability and a difference.

A condition that affects the ability to acquire maths concepts and skills.

Describe dyspraxia.
A condition that affects co-ordination of physical movements.

- Difficulty with speech
- Poor memory
- Limited focus
- Handwriting issues

- Affects 5-6% of children
- No known cause
- Can be acquired from birth or later in life
