- Create test plans

- Analyze results
- Report and make suggestions

What is agile methodology?
A
- An alternative to sequential development
- Helps respond to unpredictability
- Does not assume that every piece of the project has been identified before beginning the project
- Requires a lot of communication
- Lower costs of making changes

- Expensive to go backwards in the process
- Assumes that you know everything about the processes from the start
- Good if you are doing a project that you have done before
