Explain visionary leadership
A
Visionary leadership brings to the organisation a clear and bright vision for the future, as well as an understanding of what needs to be done to get there. Having the vision is not enough though, and turning these visions into achievements by motivating employees with enthusiasm to turn vision into reality.The five principles are as follows. Challenge the process, show enthusiasm, help others, set examples and celebrate achievements.
