Don’t come off as arrogant, talk about relationship with different departments. who helped you to get to a position, how do you pull in people to win?
ability to handle issues outside your comfort zone, a project and idea that is not your own, how you helped others, challenges in project.
give example of peer struggling, decided to step in to help
