- Have a to do list
- Have a check list-to organize your to do list
- Focus on the task at hand
- Prioritize important emails
- Plan tomorrow today
- Allocate time slots and stick to them
- Limit online time stealers i.e. Facebook other social media
- Avoid interruptions: i.e. Phone calls, emails and texts
- Plan around “got a minuet” interruptions
- De clutter office, desk, computer

- Handle things once: if you touch it take action.-create a file, write a memo, email- do what you have to do with it then pass it on.
- Make a list: make a to do list.-stick to the 6 most important things you need to do on any given day.
- determine how long each item in list will take.-stick to the time allotted. Start your day with 5 of planning.

Energy is more important than time- if you have enough energy you can get things accomplished even if you have a little time- take care of yourself with fitness and proper diet.
Research shows we can only focus for a max of 90 mins on any one thing.
Schedule 50-50 minuets of uninterrupted time to work than stop.

- Recognizing weaknesses, making corrections and cultivating strengths.
- Exert yourself to lead: romans 12:1 offer… “if called upon to supply leadership, do it with zeal. Dive whole heartedly into leadership. Paul as an example of leadership.
- Keep at a boiling point: romans 12:11… never lack zeal but keep spiritual fervor in serving the Lord.

All important thing to do:
- Improve the character of the work
- Deepen the piety; devotion and success of the workers
- Remove stones of stumbling, if possible
- Oil the wheels where they stick
- Amend whatever is defective
- Supplement, as far as may be, what is lacking.

Name the types of communication
Written communication: letters, emails, memos, newsletters, sermons, texts, social media.
Nonverbal communication: facial gestures, body posture, way we talk, what we wear.
A good speech must:
