Keeping a journal, being aware of feedback, finding teachers, meditating, and developing your own path.

Understanding what is really important to you (and others) both personally and professionally
How does a leader use persuasion?
By finding out what’s will make the goal important to the people they’re trying to serve
How does a leader use power Ethically?
The leader develops people first, by helping people grow a person knows that sticking with you will make their life better in more than just a financial sense.
Who shoould come up with the vision?
Every’ne should be apart of the vision creation so they take ownership of it, its up to you to decide to pursue it
