Is it what the leaders DO that makes them great?

Says that a better leader is one that is more flexible - responds to needs when they arise.
What is transactional leadership?
A manager that promotes compliance through rewards/punishments
What is management by active exception?
Searches for deviations and takes corrective actions

Intervenes only if standards aren’t met, BIT LAZY
