A

Army Leadership begins with what the leader must be, the qualities a leader must posses. The things you must KNOW how to do are your skills. A leader should posses technical skills when it comes to their job as well as people skills. But most and and importantly you must be able to implement all of the critical characteristics into your everyday life and DO what is necessary to complete the mission.
