Contact attempt
Two way communication has not been established but a voicemail or email has been sent.
Contacted
A lead where contact has been made but fit and interest have not been determined. Two-way communication has been established and IEQ is being identified
Nurture (contact made)
A lead that is not likely to purchase in the next 12 months. The sales rep may have heard, “just send me something”.
Interest (contact made)
A lead where there is potential to do business within the next 12 months.
This stage is automatically assigned when the lead is converted to a new or existing account.
DQ (contact made)
A lead that is not a fit. Does not fit our criteria. Indicated no interest.
Bogus
A lead that is not an actual lead.
Example: a test lead.
Open (pre contact)
A lead where contact has not been attempted
