A

An incident or log book is a book/ diary which details all incidents that have happened on or near your licensed premises. The log book is kept at the premises and records information regarding any incidents providing evidence that protocols have been followed when dealing with issues that may occur.

Hotel and Tavern style on-licenses can only serve alcohol on these restricted days to accomodation guests and patrons on the premises intending to dine. Licensed premises must close on the 12am before the restricted days. If your license usually ends at 1am, you must close at 12am on the restricted days.
