Step 2 Reset the Cisco IP Phone

1. On the phone, press the following keys to unlock the Network Config menu: **#
2. Press the Settings button on the phone, or the button that has a checkmark on the button.
3. Press the number 3 on the keypad to select the Network Config option.
4. Using the arrow keys to scroll up and down - find/select Option 33 (or press 33 on the keypad).
5. The Erase Config option should now be displayed on the phone.
6. Press the button under the YES option
7. Press the button under the SAVE option
8. Press the button under the CANCEL opton
9. Press the button under the SAVE option
