Class A - Commercial
Can white-tailed deer be controlled?
No. Only with provision as laid out in section 525.30 (h&k). This provides for the salvage/disposal of white-tailed deer to an authorized renderer.
Can endangered or threatened species be controlled?
No.
How are box traps and cage traps permitted to be used?
Land sets and water sets.
How are EGG traps (dog-proof traps) permitted to be used? Need to be single access opening no larger than 3/4”.

Land sets and water sets. Must be no modifications from manufacturer’s specs, except for addition of springs or swivels.
