A person who gives a testimony in court who witnessed the crime

A group of people randomly selected to make desicions at a trial in a court of law

A public officer authorized to hear and decide cases in a court of law
What are Charges
The specific crimminal offence(s) a person is accused of
What is Law
Rules made by the government that forbid certain actions and are enforced by the court
What does rise mean
To stand, specifically when the judge says so
What is Evidence
A statement or object that provides information about the crime
What is a Crime
An action that constitutes offense that is punishable by law
What is Court
A place where trials and legal cases happen
What is a Council
A team of lawyers that represent either prosectution or defense
What does Innocent mean
Not guilty or a crime or offense
What does Guilty
Responsible for commiting a crime
