- Sectional/cause
- Insider/outsider
What is a sectional, and what is a cause pressure group
- Sectional, only accommodate in their area of society
- Cause, promote ideal belief all around
What is an insider, and what is an outsider pressure group
- Insider, have direct contact with the gov
- Outsider, no direct contact with gov

Law Commission Act 1965
How is the law commission structured when it comes to the people
- 5 law commissioners, work for 5 years and then changed
- Chairman, that is changed every 3years
What are the 4 roles of the law commission
- Repeal (use statue act as a dustbin)
- Codify (statutes are simplified e.g Theft Act 1968)
- Consolidate (tell parliament to bring all similar law together)
- Reform (however, Parliament is reluctant to do so)

What 2 new thing did the LCA 2009 establish
1) Chairman is now a high court judge instead of CoA
2) Parliament (Lord Chancellor) must give reason as to why they reject a reform suggestion
