If a criminal has the intent to commit a crime and takes a substantial step toward completing the crime, but for reasons not intended by the criminal, the final resulting crime does not occur.

Inchoate crime involves seeking out another person to engage in a criminal act.

Someone who aided or contributed to the commission or concealment of a crime
Accessory
If a such person knowingly and unlawfully enters or remains in a dwelling of another or if such person enters any motor vehicle with intent to commit a crime therein.
First Degree Criminal Trespass
Unlawfully enters or remains in or upon the premises of another which are enclosed in a manner designed to exclude intruders or are fenced.
Second Degree Criminal Trespass
unlawfully enters or remains in or upon the premises of another.
Third Degree Criminal Trespass
Damages tangible property of another purposely, recklessly, or by negligence in the employment of fire, explosives, or other dangerous means.
Criminal Mischief
If someone defaces something such as a wall or a notice, they spoil it by writing or drawing things on it.
Defacing Property
The intentional killing of another person by someone who has acted willfully, deliberately, or with planning.
1st Degree Murder
Murder with malicious intent but not premeditated
2nd Degree Murder
The crime of killing a human being without malice aforethought, or otherwise in circumstances not amounting to murder.
Manslaughter
Through criminal negligence, allows another person to die.
Criminally Negligent Homicide
Through criminal negligence, allows another person to die.
Vehicular Homicide
As reckless driving or intoxicated driving that results in serious bodily injury to another person.
