6-7 Weeks: 175 flexion, 90 ER, 90 IR (90 abduction)

SLAP Repair
0-2 Weeks: 60 flexion, 45 IR, 15 ER
3-4 Weeks: 90 flexion, 60 IR, 30 ER, 80 abd
5-6 Weeks: 145 flexion, 55 IR, 45 ER (45 degrees abduction)
7-8 Weeks: 180 flexion, 95 ER, 75 IR (90 degrees abduction)
Reverse total shoulder precautions
No extension past neutral
No adduction, IR, extension
No ER greater than 30
No IR past neutral
Total shoulder precautions
PROM up to 6 weeks
No ER greater than 30 degrees
No active IR or extension past neutral
Conservative dislocation/instability precautions
No extension or abduction
Dislocation/Instability Surgical Precautions
Only AROM if open procedure
If open, avoid active IR and subscap isos for 4 weeks
No active ER and abduction
SLAP Repair Precautions
No extension, ER, abduction AROM
No isolated biceps contraction or strengthening
Proximal humerus fracture conservative
No ER or extension past neutral (3-4 weeks)
