What is communication?
sending and receiving messages through verbal or non-verbal means
What is frozen communication?
a style of communication that remains unchanged and does not require feedback. It can’t be changed depending on the context
What is formal communication?
used in professional communication and always expected to be respectful. Slang is NEVER used in formal communication
What is consultative communication?
when speaking with someone with specialized knowledge or offering advice. one person is deemed as more knowledgeable and has greater expertise than the other person
What is casual communication?
informal language used by peers and friends. The use of slang is common.
What is intimate communication?
usually between only two people and often in private.
