The market is pretty slow these days and there is a lot of houses out there that can’t sell.
What are you gona do if you can’t sell the house?

I’m just thinking…. Giving the GFC and the banks being so tight on lending these days, it might take a while to get that cash out.

That’s OK, I know how you feel, we find that to be the case with most people.
Just recently we had a seller in Harvey Bay who felt the same way but what he found was by allowing me to make payments to him, I could pay him a lot more for the house.
That raises the question…. the question is… if it worked to well for the guy in Harvey Bay is there any reason why it shouldn’t work for you in Brisbane… Is that the question?
