Holdover Doctrine: Length of new lease?
A
- Residential Tenant: Locked into Periodic Month to Month Tenancy.
- Commercial Tenant: Locked into Periodic Tenancy reflective of previous written lease (e.g. if orig lease is 5yr, new 5yr lease)

Holdover Doctrine: How much is rent?
A
If Tenant prior to expiration of lease was notified of rent increase, they pay new amount.
If not, they pay old amount

A
Owner can immediately gain possession of premesis without notice
