A

(a) keep the part of the premises he occupies clean and cause no unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the common areas;
(b) dispose of all waste, garbage, rubbish, and ashes in a clean and safe manner;
(c) keep all plumbing fixtures as clean as their condition permits;
(d) not deliberately or negligently destroy, damage, deface, or remove any part of the premises or knowingly permit another to do so;
(e) comply with all obligations imposed on tenants by current applicable building and housing codes;
(f) be responsible for all damage, defacement, or removal of property inside a dwelling unit in the tenant’s exclusive control, except for that caused by ordinary wear and tear, acts of the landlord or his agent, de-fective products or repairs supplied or authorized by the landlord, or acts of noninvitee third parties or natural forces; and
(g) notify the landlord in writing

(e) provide and install operable smoke and carbon monoxide detectors; and
