I do need to make sure there are a few things you’re ok with that we need to have set up for our corporate housing for business.

In addition, we do have the landlords we work with sign an addendum that allows us to operate a corporate housing company.

It’s a really simple document and I’m happy to email you a copy as well as bring a physical one for you when we set up some time to tour the house.

Essentially, it’s saying you are allowing us to have our corporate clients on the property.

Also, I’m going to be investing $10-15k into the property to furnish nicely so it attracts the highest quality guests.

Please understand that this is a seasonal business so it’s going to take quite a while for me to recoup those costs.

If I’m willing to sign a 2-3 year lease to show that I’m serious, would you be willing to give me 1-2 months up front rent concessions so that I have time to recoup those costs?
