The highest landform; they often have steep sides and pointed tops

Very large bodies of salt water that cover nearly 3/4ths of the earth’s surface

Land that is nearly surrounded by water
Peninsula
Wide, flat land
Plain
A large stream of water that flows across the land
River
An area of low land between hills or mountains
Valley
The place where a stream flows into a larger body of water
Mouth
A river of ice slowly sliding down a mountain slope or through a valley
Glacier
Mounds of wind-blown sand
Dune
