16
Q

Why are some stores moving to the inner suburbs?

A

Becasue land is cheaper to rent and becasue people from more areas around the city will find it useful

17
Q

Why is land in the CBD the most expensive to buy/rent?

A

Becasue more people visit the CBD and therefore visit more of the services it offers, so rent is expensive as the land becomes more rare becasue more people want to base themselves there.
