> title sheets and certificates can now be rectified if there is a manifest inaccuracy which can be compensated for by the keeper if it was caused by the keeper

> title no longer flows from the keeper
Midas touch was abolished
1 year rule was introduced - where if there is a transfer of land that is registered it can now be amended by the keeper if a better claim arises however if the proprietor has been in possession for 1 or more years then no claim in the title can succeed “ they get the money not the mud”
