Polycythemia: Elevated hematocrit (too much RBCs)
Anemia: Low hematocrit (low iron, hemoglobin, or too little RBCs)
Leukocytosis: Elevated WBC count due to infection
Leukemia: Elevated WBC count due to cancer
Hemophilia: Bleeding disorder, genetic lack of 1 or more clotting factors

Angina: Chest pains
Myocardial ischemia: Oxygen deprived myocardium
Myocardial infarction: Dead myocardium, a heart attack
Murmur: Abnormal heart sounds
Arrhythmia: Abnormal heart rhythms
Tachycardia: Rapid heart rate (> 100 bpm at rest)
Bradycardia: Slow heart rate (<60 bpm at rest)
