Lethargy, confusion, weakness, muscle cramps ,seizures, anorexia ,V& N
Need to: monitor vitals, I&O, restrict water encourage high sodium food

Thirst, dry mucous membranes, weak, elevated temp, severe: confusion, hallucinations convulsions
Need to limit salt, increase water, administer hypotonic Iv
Hypokalemia
Weak,irregular pulse, fatigue, muscle weak, cramp, decreased peristalsis, hypoactive BS, cardiac dys
Need to: high K foods, iv supplement
